After-Sales Service

1. Card products are blind box items with randomized contents. Returns or refunds without valid reasons are not supported after payment is completed.

If you find that the items received do not match your order (such as wrong or missing items) or have obvious defects after signing for the delivery, please contact customer service via email within 10 working days for assistance.
